Terms and Conditions Jackpots

Eligibility

• To join the S5 Jackpot, players must OPT IN by turning on the Jackpot Button in their account settings.
• Players can OPT OUT at any time by turning off the Jackpot Button, stopping further contributions and jackpot eligibility.

Contributions

• Contributions to the jackpot prize pool are deducted from Main Funds in the amounts of ₱2.00, ₱6.00, or ₱10.00.
• Contribution amounts are subject to change without notice.

Jackpot Levels and Prizes

• Jackpot levels include MINOR, MAJOR, and MEGA.
• If triggered, players win the prize for the corresponding level.

Prize Issuance

• Jackpot prizes are credited as Cash Funds, which are wager-free and fully withdrawable, provided there are no active bonuses or free spins.

Active Bonus Clause

• Players can continue to play, but Cash Funds will always be used first before Bonus Funds.
• Players wishing to withdraw jackpot prizes with active bonuses can request a manual withdrawal by contacting Customer Service (CS).

Account Verification

• Players must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before withdrawing any jackpot winnings.

Claiming and Processing

• Jackpot winnings must be claimed within seven (7) days of being contacted by S5 Casino for verification.
• Failure to respond or comply with the verification requirements within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the jackpot winnings.
• Withdrawals are processed within three (3) business days once all conditions are met.
• Winnings of ₱1 million or more may require in-person verification at an S5 Casino outlet.

Opt-Out Option

• Players can OPT OUT of the jackpot anytime by deactivating the Jackpot Button in their account settings.

Changes

• S5 Casino reserves the right to amend these terms, including contribution amounts, without prior notice.
